Auto-renew authorisation

What you authorise

For one domain, and only after you turn it on with your passkey: ten days before the domain expires we charge your saved card the renewal price, up to the amount shown when you agreed, for the term shown.

Before each charge

We email you before the charge. If the price would be higher than the amount you agreed to, we do not charge. We ask you again instead.

Turning it off

You can turn auto-renew off at any time with one click, on the domain page or from the link in our emails. No passkey is needed and we do not ask you to reconsider. A charge that has already started is not undone, but you keep what you paid for.

Records

We keep a record of this agreement, the text you saw and when you agreed, for three years after the last renewal.
