Our target
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We fix problems in the code, and we do not use an overlay widget.
How we check
- Automated checks with axe on every page and view, with the WCAG 2.2 rules turned on.
- A keyboard pass and a screen-reader pass each phase.
What we know is missing
- Text drawn over the animated grove is checked by hand, because automated tools cannot judge it.
- Hold-to-reveal is an enhancement; every reveal also has a single-activation path.
- The screen-reader pass has covered Chromium only. Safari with VoiceOver, JAWS and NVDA are not yet tested.
