• The repeat-infringer policy, counter-notices and put-back.
• A notice-and-action route for reports from the European Union, if counsel finds it applies.

How the preview works today

• Reports go to abuse@mosshatch.com, copyright notices to dmca@mosshatch.com. No account is needed.
• Our own targets: we acknowledge a report within two business days and decide within three.
• The first action on a valid notice about a card is to take the card down. A person whose cards are taken down twice in a year can no longer publish cards.
• The DMCA agent is not registered yet.
